Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement
  • By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Services will be carried out according to a pre-agreed checklist which outlines the scope of work.

  • This checklist governs the tasks completed during each visit. Cleaners will carry out as many of the listed tasks as reasonably possible within the scheduled time allocation.

  • Any additional requests outside the checklist must be arranged with the company in advance. Cleaners are not authorised to carry out unscheduled tasks or extend time on-site without prior agreement.

2. Maximum Visit Duration
  • Each cleaning visit has a maximum time limit, which is set to ensure fair scheduling and cleaner workload management. The cleaner will complete the checklist within this time, prioritising tasks where necessary.

  • If the condition of the property or additional work prevents completion, a variation can be discussed and booked separately.

3. Payment Terms
  • An invoice will be sent electronically on the day of the service.

  • Payment is due on the same day, unless other terms have been agreed in advance.

  • A £8 late payment fee and statutory interest (up to £40) may be charged if payment is made after the due date.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or standing order (recommended for regular cleans).

4. Parking
  • If free parking is not available at your location, the client is responsible for covering any parking fees incurred by the cleaner.

5. Biohazard Waste
  • We do not clean human/animal excrement, blood, or similar materials unless explicitly pre-arranged.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required. Late cancellation or missed access may incur a £20 fee.

7. Liability
  • We are not liable for damage or loss unless due to proven negligence. Before-and-after photos may be taken for internal documentation. These will not include personal items or identifiable persons unless express permission is granted.

Before any work commences, both the client and the cleaner (or representative of the service provider) might be required to take clear photographs and/or short video recordings of the designated work area. These images must reasonably capture the condition and layout of the space before the start of work.

  • Either party may request copies of the media files. It is recommended that all parties retain the original files for a minimum of 14 days following completion of work, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Photographs or videos must not include personal belongings, identifiable individuals, or confidential materials unless express permission is granted by authorised person/s. All parties are expected to handle documentation in line with privacy and data protection standards.

  • Failure to comply with this policy may affect the resolution process should any disagreement arise regarding the condition of the site post-service.

8. Pet Policy
  • Clients must secure pets before arrival. We are not liable for pets that escape during service.

9. Access
  • Clients must ensure timely access to the property. Cleaners will wait for up to 15 minutes; if access is not granted within this time, a lockout fee equivalent to the day’s cleaning rate will be charged.

10. Health & Safety
  • Cleaners will not use ladders exceeding a two-step stool, move items over 9kg, or operate unfamiliar/unsafe equipment.

  • Unsafe working environments may result in the refusal of service.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information will never be disclosed to third parties without your consent. For more details, please refer to our full Privacy Policy page.
